Village team
The Villager in Werewolf
No powers, just your vote and your judgement. The village wins or loses on you.

How the Villager works
Villagers sleep through the whole night. Their only power is the daytime discussion and the vote, and that is the most important power in the game.
The village team wins when every werewolf has been eliminated. Ordinary villagers are usually the largest group, so their votes decide almost every elimination.

How to play the Villager
- Talk early. Sharing your reads gives the special roles something to work with.
- Vote decisively. A split village vote is the werewolves' best friend.
- Being suspected isn't the end. Explain your votes calmly; wolves panic, villagers usually don't.
- Track who pushed for each elimination that turned out to be a villager.
Playing against the Villager
- Don't ignore the quiet villager. Wolves love to hide among players nobody is watching.
The most common mistake
Staying silent because you have no information. Your reactions and votes are information.
Questions about the Villager
Is Villager a boring role?
Only if you stay quiet. Villagers drive the debate, and most games are won or lost in the vote.
Do villagers wake up at night?
No. Villagers keep their eyes closed all night. The app still waits a random time between roles so nobody can tell who is acting.
